The Student Consumer Price Index (SCPI) Project is an annual endeavour to measure the effects of inflation specifically on the student sub-set of the larger population.  Not only is this an opportunity for young economists to hone their skills in data-gathering and quantitative analysis, the results can be meaningful for everyone from students to school administrators and other education policymakers.
